Default h22 Info please

Ok right now i have a h22 in my civic ex.

MODs include:

fidanza flywheel
mugen computer chip
cai by aem
greddy exhaust
apec v-tec controller set at 4800 rpms
after market clutch not shure what brand
skunk 2 cam gears
msd ignition
hot shot headers

My question is what else could i do other than spray that would give me a significant increase in torque or power. If changing some things i have now to better quality mods then so be it i just need your in put please?

spend some bux on a quality header, engine management, intake manifold. get rid of your cat, if you havent yet. larger diameter exhaust. headwork, valvetrain, more aggressive cams, type s pistons, or even sleeve the block, and get some crazy high compression forged pistons/rods etc etc etc... search!

clean up the IM , one of the biggest problems with the H's

yes, true 2.5" exhaust would help a lot, dump the cat if possible,

NICE flowing header and good intake..

Do you eve have an exhaust system? That made a huge amount of difference in low end torque compared to riding open header. I suggest that immediately if you don't already have an exhaust system.

I am using 2.5 inch exhaust purchased from Kteller ^ up above.

Set your vafc back to normal. Changing your vtec engagement without any fuel adjustments will mess up the map. I doubt you had your car tuned with afc.

What kinda headers do you suggest that are better than Hot Shot headers, i do have a fuel regulator. How much does it cost to get type s pistons with more aggresive cams?

Stage 2 cams, 70 mm throttle body, good header, 2.5" exhaust, 3" intake, Type-S pistons, milled head and you'd be at 200-210 whp.

To get more torque I recommend either stroking it or going with higher compression on different cams, or do all three. Use an h23/f22 crank and crower st2 and with type-S pistons. If you sleeve you can get forged internals and bore to 89mm for larger displacement. You can get a real header too. I have read good things about smsp, an-r, and prospeed.

read this link and check out people's setups/tq numbers to get an idea:
