Default 91 accord lx help needed!

hi im pretty new to this site so i cant post anything in the market place or i would..my 91 accord tranny is taken a **** or going down fast atleast..its slipping and wont go into gear (mostly reverse)...when it wants too...its 2.0 auto, im guessin a f22 i think, dont know for sure though..if anybody on here knows of someone who wants to get rid of there tranny im lookin so just pm me or reply ..thankx for any help guys!

Wait a minute...unless your car is an alien, it has an F22a, which is a 2.2l engine. I have an Lx of that same year, and from what I've read, all versions had the same engine that year. My tranny is kind of doing that now. I think its from me learning how to drive stick, but then again, your question is for an auto. Nevermind.

How do you know his tranny is an automatic?

And yes, all 91's have a 2.2 liter...I don't think he knew that though, that's all....

yes it is an auto (that is kinda weird thatyou know that tho) and yes it is a 2.2, i just wasnt thinkin, i havent messd with it since like april since i got a new car (was gonna sell the accord for some blot ons and a full exhaust for it actually) and i started driving the accord again and it starts f*ckin up already ...anywaz i still need a tranny.
