Torgue spec for GSR oil cooler?

I need some help. does any body have the torgue specs for a 95 GSR oil cooler. I bought a CHILTON but it doesnt have it in there. Does anybody have a link to a helms online?

well the 92-93 gsr oil cooler center bolt is torqued to 54lb. should be the same for the 94-95.
