Default Big problem with daily driving

Hey guys, new to the site and I need some major help.

I recently installed a first gen b16a into a 94 Honda civic ex coupe. I am running a stock p28 on it. There are a few problems I was hoping you could help me on since I have asked everybody from honda to my local tuner shop and no luck. When I pull out in first gear and shift to second, there is usually a very nasty hop when I try to maintain a steady speed and again when decelerating. The clutch is an unsprung type that came with the motor. The engine is throwing a cel code 14 and cel code 10. The sensor was replaced for the code 10, the intake air temperature sensor. Could these have anything to do with it?

Secondly, the car takes quite a while to start when I have left the a/c on. I have UR underdrive pulleys and was thinking this could be the cause. Sometimes it will also turn off on me and leave me stranded for a few minuts. I usuall have to turn the car to the off position and then wait a while making sure the a/c is off then try starting it.

Any and all help is appreciated. i really would like to get these issues settled because I am losing my interest in the car and dont want to give it up.
