Thanks for the help It ended up Being the EGR so instead of forkin over the 200.00 bucks we disconnected it if anyone has a better solution or reason why i should not do this let me know. Still have to get car emmisioned in GA.

 

usually u will not pass smog if u do not have a working egr, but this is smog **** cali so GA may be totally different
