Default New project y0!!!

So, last week I saw a guy waxing a nice little EH2 in the shop, and I asked him jokingly if he wanted to sell it. Well took me by surprise when he said "Yes, I do" he says, through his thick Serbian accent. So I looked, hmmm CX, asked how much he said $2200, I asked what year, "95", "wow" couldn't help but say it aloud. He stands up and starts pointing to the front "it has vtec", me thinking "dude, it's CX", he says "we have vtec put in". WAIT A MINUTE!!! "are you Shellys husband?" I asked, "Yea" he says, like whoa.....I found my VXs motor. The people I sold it to put it in a CX, and low and behold, I was about to buy it back, only it is wrapped in this......

Patrick approved

My favorite part, no rust ANYWHERE!!!

Hello old friend (yes, A/C, and yes it works nice)

"Dude, it's a CX"

Yes, this is staying too, unless I can find a nice HK one to replace it.

Si rear speaker grill? nice.

y0!!! biatch, check out mah G ride

just mean man

So, the color is Paradise Bluegreen BG 33P-4, which funny enough, I can only find as a color for 95 Delsol, no resource has it listed for 95 Civic hatchs ( or 95 Civic period), I like it. Now I have the fun task of stocking the white one, selling it, and at the same time, converting everything over to the CX.

Plans well, I just told you numbskull, but really, if someone buys my VX with B16A, it's B18C6 all day y0.

Moving onto a couple days ago

David dismantling the white one...

And why you don't let BMW guys work on Hondas, mine's done all ready ...

The chaos....

What? I work?....

Work faster bitch!!!

Corners and lip swapped...

Interior done...

And the SiR wing...

Afterwards we took it for a spin, and I abused the suspension, and OMFG, it sucks, almost lost the back end just side to side down the street (at 60mph ). Anyway, we are shooting for Tuesday getting the suspension all swapped over, then HOPEFULLY, next weekend swapping the motors.

Now it's Tuesday, and lookie here...

went to the shop with both cars, and swapped suspension, took about four hours to do both cars complete rolling out the bay

Now I gotta swap motors, score some rims/tires and then decide on brake set up.

All you need now is some tires and you're ready to carve some corners...

Looks good.

Whats the deal with all the parts on the white hatch??? You need his rims!

And i really like the smith and wesson sticker, HAHA real security right there

The white hatch is mine but the bluegreen one is the new one, it's a 95, and has a great body, so the white one is being sold. I would swap those rims and the brakes, but I already put it for sale and am hashing a deal with them

One hte note of carving corners, this last weekend we went out to Hockenheimring (German F1 track) and got a few laps in, and the car handles sweet (white one, now bluegreen one), could have better tires (mine almost melted after about three laps). Looking forward to getting the motor in and getting back to real driving

Rust, it was in a couple wrecks, so to get the body right would have been twice what I paid for the new one
