How hard (or easy) is it for this to happen, i drive a long way to work on some harsh roads, and i dont want to get stuck on the side of the road, and broken axles are also a concern of mine. Any answers would be helpful.

 

all depends on wut kind of rims u have i guess... a year ago i had 17" primax rims, cracked them in 2 months and all kind of dents.. now i got enkeis w/ atleast 30K miles on them, no dents besides some minor curbages. oh yeh, one time they were driven on w/ flat tires (idiotic previous owner) for almost a mile, still good.

 

I have the stock HX wheels and am moving to late model GSRs after the winter, or possibly some Rotas.

 

I recently got some Enkei MM2s a few months ago. I thought i had a leak in the front right tire but it turned out that the rim had cracked on the inside. I'm going to do some research and call Enkei to see if they have any kind of warranty on something like that.

Like I said, the wheels were only a few months old. I've hit some small potholes here and there, but nothing extreme. Is this usual? ..anyone had a problem like this before?
