I have a 92-95 civic pwr radiator and stock hoses dont fit I even got new hoses. the nipples are noticeable bigger than my stock radiators nipples. the nipples are about 1/8th of an inch too big to slide the hoses over.

 

 

Lemme guess, you have a SOHC, right? The SOHC and DOHC have different size radiator hoses. It's a bitch, but I've stretched SOHC hoses onto the bigger neck radiators before (a PWR in fact). You have to stretch it so far that the reinforcing fiber in the rubber hose starts to break.

I just used hoses from the ls and gsr integras to get the right size diameter, just do some minor mods to them
