whats the spec for usdm p30? vtec cross over, rev limit, redline, speed gov, ect..

please let me know if i post in wrong forum.

 

Vtec crossover should be around 5500 rpm if I'm not mistaken. I chipped my ecu during the swap process and used the Mugen eeprom burn which upped mine to 5700, and if I remember correctly it didnt up the crossover much more than stock. Rev limit I'm unsure of as well, more than likely close to 9000, although if you're speaking of the usdm P30 ECU, then theres no designation of redline in the computer. Redline is an even 8000 rpm, and pretty much every Honda I've ever heard of still utilizing the stock ecu is 120 mph.

vtec at 5500 and redline at 8000. also, is there a rev limiter??

 

if im not mistaken vtec on that ecu is 5200rpm and the rev limiter is set to 8200rpm.....

 

Go download P30-USStock.bin from pgmfi.org, apply the requisite formula to the appropriate hex address or cheese out and open it in one fo the freeware tuner apps.

Rev limit: 8116 rpm
VTEC: 5875 rpm
Speed limiter: 158 mph
