Im buying a old Ls that runs good with 177k on it. I want to build the freakin crap out of it. Im talkin spankin turbo intgra's and eatin Ls/vtec's. What is the most kick butt kit out there to go all motor?

 

CTR pistons, milled head, Crower 404s, pnp head, JDM ITR Tranny (98 spec), ITB's. 180-190 ish whp...

 

Don't mill too much, but yeah hes got about the right idea. 404s, CTR's, HEAVY PNP, ITR TRANNY, ITBs will work but you will need a stand alone or hondata or AEM EMS, or something of the sort, a BADASS header. try looking around for all motor LS stuff

 

If you are wanting to spank turbos and ls/vtecs you are going to need more than just 404s (which are pretty much just a ITR cam profile).

405s at least, if not more aggressive custom grinds and reworking of the rocker arms.

After that find out your ABDC spec, and pick a compression that results in a 25% increase in cranking pressure. Randomly picking a compression is not going to result in the best gains.
