Default TB whistling

has anyone seen (errr.. i mean heard) this before?

story goes:

Removed intake, loosened throttle cable a tad, turned on engine, played with TB with the plate open and closed. Turned engine off, and put everything back tight... no leaks from intake anywhere.

Turn engine back on, and now I have a whistling noise. I double checked everything but couldn't figure out why it started suddenly.

It's definitely coming from the throttle plate, opened maybe about maybe a quarter of the way.

Any clues anyone?

When you hold the throttle a certian way you can hear the air being sucked in and it makes a whislting noise. Nothing to worry about.
