Here's some updated pics of my Li'l sleeper... Comments welcome!
Well, here it is in all it's glory. I drove it to work today. Running nicely up to 5k RPM, but then I have it running so fat<too much fuel> it boggs, and reminds me I'm still breaking it in
Keeping it down to 5k rpm and 7-8 pounds of boost for now, I spent the first 500 miles on no boost 3500-4000 rpm limit.
Yeah, I know the car desperately needs a paintjob, but that's in the works! Enjoy!

Sorry about the biggish pics, but i think they're deserved.

hey i really like that and i would love to actually look at the whole car. how far away are you from chattanooga? i live in GA and am willing to take a road trip to meet you and see your car?
I would think it was a sleeper if you didn't have the VTec Sticker. That kind of ruins the sleeper title. How far are you from Knoxville? I would like to see you car and maybe hang out sometime. If you are in the area, e-mail me at jcdeane@chartertn.net
Nice car though.

Cool, reminds me of my car. Have an 89 Si hatch, had a turbo B16, currently in the process of building a B18C1 for it. The usual good stuff, T3/T04E .60 a/r compressor, Haltech E6K, Arias pistons, Eagle rods, HP Racing intake, etc...

NICE, we should all meet up somewhere in Tennessee after I get my B16 in my hatch. can you guys wait until 2 weeks after Thanksgiving. It would be fun. I am in Bowling Green Kentucky for school which is 45 minutes from Nashville, and not much futher anywhere else in Tennessee. later

what kind of turbo is that? ...i also have to agree w/ everyone else that the vtec sticker kills the sleeper look

Nice ride. I'd like to know the rest of your setup. Did you retain A/C? I think the sticker, and clears kill the sleeper look, but I'm sure youre probably pretty fast.
Hmmm hey nice car man. I wouldnt exactly call it a sleeper. And this is my opinion don't get mad i would just loose the clears. You have any 1/4 mile times?

hey i am down for whatever you guys wanna do. i would really like to take a road trip somewhere and chill. so you guys just post something or let me or someone know and i will meet whoever
As far as the DOHC VTEC, that's staying. I like the way it looks, and no one around here knows what it means anyway. Th clear tails are leaving, and making way <hopefully> for some JDM VTEC tails. I wanna get the SiR upper LED spoiler also. Tint will be happening soon.
I call my car a sleeper, simply because it'll HOPEFULL be in the mid/low 12's, maybe better, and look at it. No aftermarket panels, no nothing. It's not SUPPOSED to be that fast, and definitely doesn't look it. AKA Sleeper
Well, here's the details on the engine. No tuning done yet, and it's running way rich for break in, but i'll tell you this. At 7 PSI, running like ***, shifting at 5k rpm, I lined up with a 2001 Maxima and only lost by a car. 800 miles on motor so far.
Here's the details.
HaSport Mounts and Linkage
Endyne/Wiseco pistons
Eagle rods
Sealed Power Rings
Polished Crank <done at Eagle Specialties via one of my best friends, thanks Alan!>
ITR Cams
ITR Intake manifold
JG Throttle Body
ITR Valve Springs
Head Untouched <DPR will build me one when I get a grand or so together>
F-Fax manifold
Garrett .50 trim t4/3 hybrid turbo
Turbonetics Deltagate
Custom Downpipe <will have a/c when i get the money to have a/c lines made to go across at the top of the crossmember>
Straight pipe
GReddy 60mm exhaust <SILENT car, everyone says it sounds like a phantom Blow Off Valve
>
Custom Charge Piping to match all ports on presurized parts
Spearco water/Air intercooler
Fluidyne heat exchanger for intercooler water
Custom water tank <about 1-1.5 gallons housed in the stock resonator location, look at the chevy radiator cap behind the passenger light>
GReddy BOV
That about sums it up.
OH YEAH.
Z-Dyne Gold programmable ECU
Venom 550 CC injectors
GReddy EGT <Broken, anyone else having this issue?>
GReddy Oil Pressure
GReddy Boost Gauge
IBM p1-166 Thinkpad to keep up with it all
Any Comments?
As far as the Vacuum lines and wires go, It'll be cleaned up in it's own time, once the car is running right and I have some time and money on my hands! For now, IT WORKS! That's all I'm worried about.
Thanks for the kind replies, guys!

Never ran the car at the track with the turbo, but all motor, it went 14.80 on those wheels and tires, full interior. Not too shabby for a torqueless B16a in a heavy li'l hatch.
Nice ride, it is a sleeper for sure, the only thing I don't like is the DOHC VTEC sticker, it takes away from the sleeper look. Other than that I think it a tight ride!!!
That is a nice hatchback, I am starting on my way to that kind of setup. But that is a very slick ride and I hope to be so quick. Nice job
