Default b16a or zc into 89 crx hf?

I have approximately $3500 to perform a swap for my 89 HF. I was wondering which would be better/easier to swap and upgrade later. Any ideas for what I could do with the 3500 with either engine would help. It will be a daily driver that will just race sometimes so it needs to be reliable. I would appreciate any info to help me decide which swap to perform.

Honestly, if you have $3,500 to spend on a swap I would do a B16. Later on if you wanted to upgrade it with cams, pistons, header, etc. a B16 would be ideal. ZC swaps are cheap and all but just nothing to except turbo them. They make pretty good numbers on 6lbs of boost. But I would just do a B16 swap, personally.

With $3500 to spend why would you want a zc IF you are gonna upgrade as you go start with the one that makes more power (b16) as a daily driver I think the b16 would be more reliable also better on gas if you dont go into vtec to race i'd rather have a b16 and you can get one for about 12-16 hundred bucks that will leave you a sufficient amount to get some bolt ons or something

I know with the b16 I would need motor mounts and change to Si hubs, is there anything else besides these and maybe wiring harnesses that I would need.
