cali law for engine swaps is same year or later. so a later year, newer engine would not matter.

converting the 95 hatchcrap to obd2 is my concern lol, or i would be all over this.

dude just get a obd2 to obd 1 harness and ur done and wire up the iac for obd1, it's not even hard.

BTW thats a 2k1 GSR MOTOR, THE LAST YEAR they were made

My cars obd1, motor is obd2, if i want to pass the referee i need to set it up as obd2 and ive been told its expensive to convert to obd2. if u know any details on this let me know., back to making this a motor sale post
