Default New setup...What do you think

Im doing my first honda build, and keeping it some what mild...heres what im doing...And what head gasket should i get with this setup?

B18a1 in my 91 integra
Head, hot tanked, and glass beaded, and milled 0.020"
Valves are glass beaded
Crower 403 street/strip cams (Should i just buy the 404s? will it work with what i have done?)
Crower dual valve springs
Aem Cam gears
Stock retainers, glass beaded
Stock bottom end
B&M FPR and FPR guage
Apexi' SAFC
Home made Ram Air, threw the passenger side corner lense
DC sports 4-2-1 header
Meegan Racing, free clow cat
2.25 Mandrel bent cat-back exhaust (came with car) no clue wut kidna muffler, but i hate it!
Fully gutted interior, and no more A/C
And im going to get the dyno tune at the end of july....

What kinda of #'s should i put down on the dyno, and what qtr mile times should i expect? And what head gasket should i buy?!

Any suggestions and comments would be helpful!!

I think with 404's you'll be overcamming your motor, unless you plan to bump the CR with some pistons in the near future.

Also, why don't you run b16 inners and LS springs for your valve springs? That's my plan for my LS build.

go with b16 inners, like he said. it's cheaper and it works fine. bump your compression more, maybe ctr pistons, that'll put you close to 11:1 and get some closer gearing for your transmission.
