I recently bought an short ram intake for my 1993 prelude , i had a bad flex pipe so i just got that replaced after that my car whistles now when accelerating , it did not do it before i got the pipe fixed , the whole thing was falling apart , so my question is whats making this noise ? the new pipe or the intake , maybe i could not hear it before because of the leaking pipe.

 

is it like a high pitch whistle or just the sound of lots of air moving really fast? tried rolling ur windows down and reving? listen for the sound. it only happen under acceleration ?
