Default Homemade turbo kit done

well i am 17, i built this whole kit for under about $200-$250, i built it more or less just to see if i actually could do it and it all works now, but now im upgrading everything to go faster

let me know what you think.

um....please upgrade fast. it looks like tape and shoe string are the only things holding your "setup" together ... for DIY though

just curious...how did u route the turbo from ur stock header? anyway good job on the DIY turbo...just a suggestion...buy at least a set of dsm injectors so u wont blow up ur motor.

It's actually pretty well put together. What looks like tape and shoestring is really header wrap on the charge pipes to keep them from getting to hot from the manifold.

How has it all been workin' out for you Dusty?

Let me know when you want your ecu chipped!

that car with paint and junk yard setup cost a total of about $1100 now thats budget racing to a kick *** cheap car

Bump for junkyard setups

A friend of mine has a really really janky azz junkyard setup that broke 14.7 on shitty street tires in a single slam non-v on 5lbs.
