I might be there one day, leaning toward Sun since it's CCW. Not 100% sure though, as I just signed up for a school on 7/17.

I ran with them several times. Great group to run with... usually lots of track time.
Advanced group is usually made up of very fast, experienced drivers.

Edit: After you run CW so many times you start to get tired of it. But CCW is a lot of fun and a little faster. The straight is down hill so you carry more speed, the bowl is a decreasing radius which makes it really challenging, and the 2-3 turns after the bowl you can take very fast.

Stop by Big Willow and check out the Honda Challenge racers if you guys have time. Or you can just go on the access road between Big and Streets and head up to the top and watch from there.

Very tempting. If I can get a new clutch, I may just go. I love that track...

Thats where we'll be! You got your clutch fixed Outrun? Hope to see you there...

Oh, BTW, if anyone is planning on staying at a motel in the area during the weekend, and you havent booked a room yet, I would seriously find something asap, cause most of the motels are booked AFAIK. (NASA + Soccer Tournament= nno more rooms )

See you guys theeeere.

R U Serious,
Sent you a IM....

I'll be at big Willow with NASA running in H2, it doesn't look like the new H1 motor will be ready in time due to the trans/clutch problems at the ASRA 3 hr enduro.

Have you considered the big track with NASA? They usually have HPDE.

I will be there along with a few buddies! Hopefully the weather will be like this weekend, it was nice and sunny but not too windy, which happens once in a blue moon at Willow! Hopefully we can have our canopy up again and BBQ! Carne asada fans should come pay us a visit .

BTW: R you serious, will you guys be staying at a hotel by any chance? We stayed at the Motel 6 in Mojave which wasn't all that bad. $44 a night, with an occasional freight train pulling through while sitting on its extremely un-necessary horn.
