JDM Door Panels and Power Windows?
I know that the door panels will fit easy but how difficult is the wiring for this conversion? Am I also going to need a new window regulator? Let me know how this conversion works. Thanks!
Do you know where I can get the door conversion for a 91 CRX HF. I want JDM strickly because I am trying to get a pretty big JDM mod list. I might get another rex and use EDM stuff later. I would like to purcahse the whole door conversion because I need new doors anyways.
Normally i don't sell stuff on Honda tech, just give out a lot of advice, but i do run a good size distribution of parts through our business. I get major shipments in from Japan, with close to 300 engines in stock right now. Just send me an email and i can provide detailed information, due to the fact i'm not a sponsor for this forum i don't want to break any rules in advertizing.

unless you have 88/jdm doors, you will need to modify the jdm door panels to fit. you can wire up a RHD setup to work for LHD. you'll need the complete regulating system, wiring, and a diagram that i'm sure you can find on here or on the net.
I don't have the conversion, i have the actual doors from a JDM model CRX SIR with power fold in mirrors, carpeted door panels, and power windows which come standard on that model. All my stuff comes direct right from Japan of course.

If you are doing the JDM door conversion, and your seatbelts are currently mounted on the door and not the B pillar, you're going to have to weld a nut on the b pillar to mount seatbelts and you're going to have to get seatbelts as well. On 89-91 crx's, there is a hole in the b-pillar, but no threads to screw the bolt in. I have JDM doors, panels, windows and seatbelts, but I haven't installed them because of the no threads problem. One nice/bad thing though about the JDM doors vs. the '88 doors is that there is no side impact beam, so you save on weight, but you'll die in a t-bone collision. big tradeoff.

Well the seat belt isnt a big deal because I am getting buckets, harness and rollcage soon. The weakness in the door is prevented by the cage. Where did you get your doors from?

I had them shipped from Cali, I'm selling them though. You wanna buy them? I see you're in Maryland.
PM me if you're interested. I have 1 in black, 1 in gunmetal, but of course you'll need to paint them. I have brand new glass for them too.

I just ordered the mounts and shift linkage for my swap. In about a week i am laying down another $2500 for the swap so I am a little down on my money right now. But I would really like to take you up on your offer. If you sell them let me know but I am crossing my fingers for you not to sell them.....
