Default about cams

in my ls vtec, my head is a b16a2 with itr cams, i would like to change these ITR cams for a skunk 2 stage 1

can i keep my stock vavle springs and retainer or i should change it ???
and these skunk2 cams will increase the power ???

or wat wat do you recommend me,

The ITR/CTR cams are pushing the limits of the stock valvetrain. I would go ahead and upgrade. The Skunk2 cams have greater power potential, however you have to consider the fact that you may not be running optimal compression or an optimal fuel curve to best take advantage of these cams.

Also, it's Skunk2, not Shunk2.
