Jenvey ITB's from England. I can help you guys get a nice system engineered for the motor and application.

If you plan on buying a professionally built setup, I've not seen anything better than the Jenvey's. If you plan on building them, I've personally had better luck with the Suzuki setups.

I was looking at some pics of honda cbr's and it looks like the honda tps's are the same. How do you get the tps on the Suzuki itb's to work?

The input wires are reversed, other than that, they are the same.

IM me and we'll talk. As far as nitrous, we usually just run a motorcycle dry setup with the nozzles drilled into the velocity stacks. A 50 or 75 shot usually does the trick quite well.

I've contacted them for information a couple of times, however they don't seem to mind taking their time getting back to me. Their products look amazing on paper, but I've yet to see anything materialize as far as getting a set to play with.

I have heard alot of good things about the Jenvey ITB's. Never used them myself though.

Talk to Don F, he should be able to help you out.

If you are really serious about the Jenveys, get with me on the east coast or Rocket and Hayward on the wrong coast ( sorry about that) and you can get some answers. If you want a DYS project gat the Hyabusa as they are the correct size in the MC world for B-series engines, if you want more BHP you have to go Jenvey.

Actually the GSXR 1000 ITB's are better suited to B series engines that regularly see between 5 and 8 thousand rpms. The larger diameter Hayabusa setup is really best suited toward extremely high rpm applications.

Actually with proper tuning, any well designed ITB setup (professionally made, or DIY) on a properly built engine will make great power. Jenvey has proven to be a very well designed setup, however just buy using them you aren't guaranteeing yourself any more power.

Hayward Performance is the US distributor for Jenvey ITB's.

Jenvey's come as complete sets, or you could just order parts and make up some system. DIY to me means making a manifold ( which I have done) and adapting the other components (tps, map, etc. ) to work, from an already done system that fits something else,ie. motorcycles or Toyotas. The reason I said more BHP is that I usually use taper bore 48mm systems, 50mm systems, or 51mm systems. These are for big motors and lots of RPM, but will make more BHP than 40mm or 45mm straight bore systems, although 45mm is really nice on an allout D-16. Hayward is the US importer (and a nice guy) but there are other US importers, I bring them in direct, as I am on the East coast, and then UPS or DHL doesn't make all the money on a set.
