Default Super Stripped Bolt in Fuel Filter

Hey guys this is my first time posting something, and im not that super car swavy but i turned here because i have no other place to turn.
The problem is that my 1992 2.3 SI has been sitting in the driveway for over a year unstarted. Since we wanted to fix it up we so far added a new battery and air intake changed the spark plugs eletrical lines (ugh things that connect the spark plug to the ingnition? i guess....iono) anyways the car starts up fine but after 5 mins or so the power starts to fluxuates or the engine dies. We tired to remove the fuel filter thinking it's a fuel system problem, but the bolt on the high pressure fuel line is so stripped it can not be moved and we tired WD40, and a flare wrench, but still no go. So basically i need help removing the bolt for the high pressure fuel line on the fuel filter without cracking the fuel line.

Summary:
1)Car starts, but dies or power fuluates after short time
2)Might be fuel system problem.
3)Might be electrical problem.
4)Bolt for high pressure fuel line is stripped and can not be remove AT ALL (or with 20 gallons of WD40 and a flare wrench)

So i kinda need help in removing a the bolt, and/or a suggestion why my car power fluxuates and engine dies.

THanks if Anyone can help me.

Home Depot sells a socket that removes a stripped bolt. It has little teeth inside that grab the bolt...

EDIT: Sorry, didn't read close enough, nevermind...

i doubt he can use a stripped bolt socket on the flare nut considering u need something open ended to grab on it

what I would suggest is getting yourself a set of vicegrips, and squeeze that bad boy on tight, and loosen it that way. As long as u clamp it tight enough, I gurantee you will break it free. good luck bud

Even if you do break it of, i don't think you can replace just the nut alone. Might have to get a new fuel hardline.

that's the problem, i don't want to do it since it's a pain in the ***..lol. we were thinking of cutting the line where it meet the nut, buying a new nut, and use a tool to lip out the old tube. sounds good or no?

VICE gripps are your friend
lol
vice grips can remove anything from anywhere but will probably eeh i take that back .. it will damage the fitting...
prob gonna have to remove that line if its soo rusted on that you cant remove it..
as for the crappy running condition..
id look at your wires .. change the fuel filter if your 1/2 way there..
and get a motovac (injector cleaning)
the crappy stuff you buy over the counter is useless.. so just go to a shop and get them to do it.. usually about 40-70$ depending on where you go..
