help! asap... clutch cable screwed?
hey
i have a problem with my crx si!
clutch cable seems fucked... like friction point has dropped very low....to change gears i step in the clutch really low and its basically right to the floor pan...where the friction point to change is...
this only occured after some high speed cruising, felt like the cable snapped.
oh another thing is when i step in the clutch it feel like some gear is knocking/grinding... and i can feel the *click click click*
while driving feels like its clutch is half engaged. =[~
i have checked the clutch cable...it seem fine... so it doesnt look damaged
my clutch kit condition is still fairly good... no slipping... not sure about the pressure plate though, as some say my pressure plate is gone.
others have commented about getting my clutch cable replaced.
has anyone experience this kind of problem and that can give me some advice before i actually waste time pulling out the gearbox?
