Default All-Motor Setup Street/Weekend Warrior

hey guys...need help...wat do you guys reckon...

i got b18c1 with b16a head..mods: ITR Intake Mani. S2K Throttle Body Mugen Header 2 1/4 custom mandrel bent exhuast piping with apexi muffler jracing intake......which setup is best ??

option 1:

ITR head
Toda B Cams
ITR Piston
ITR Rods
Spoon HeadGasket

option 2:

B16A Head PnP
ITR Spring
ITR Retainer
Toda B Cams
PR3 Piston
ITR Rods
Spoon HeadGasket

option 2. but you're going to need better valvesprings. ITR valvesprings are not going to be sufficient for Toda Bs.

thanx dude....wat do u think of crower spring ??? coz they're cheaper than toda springs... toda springs around $510 and crower sping $300 mark...thanx dude...


oh yeah would a stock valves alright with option 2 ??

but don't run crower, or junk 2 springs... the seat pressures are way to high and you'll be losing horsepower

I would go #2

but get something like the omniman set up
get the buddy club cams and the valve springs come for free
it is hella worth it u can see the results on the b20vtec set up he has


and the gasket is up to u if u really like to rise compression so little for that much buck

last thing u don't really need to get ITR rods just get ur's reenforced why spend money on stuff u really don't need.....

spend it on something else like a gridle......

would stock valves be alright ?? or do i have to upgrade that as well ?? thanx guys

oh yeah i get the ITR rods for free thats y...
