Default help with tranny swap

not so much tech but here it is. im my tranny is shot and im swapping another one in tomorrow. is there any precautions i shud look out for?

remember to unbolt anything that is attached to the tranny. u dotn wanna rip any wiring harness or watever.

If you have a manual just unbolt the slave cylender from the tranny don't crack the line.

agreed, make sure you get that thing off, i broke mine when i did my swap. and it seems as tho every junkyard just cut it when they pull the motors, so it was hard to find quick

what they both said, the slave cylinder, do not bend the line in anyway.

Dont forget that the starter bolt is REALLY long and does hold your tranny to your engine. I encountered that problem a while ago and delayed a simple clutch install for many hours...
