Best Headunit
What, in your opinion, is the end-all be-all BEST headunit out there that money can buy?
Remember, money is no object here. Imagine you're a multi-billionare, and you are car audio shopping. What will you buy, if you want to spend big?
Also, what amp would you buy, if money were no object? What speakers?

thats easy...halcro Dm8 mounted on the center of the dash with a DCS transport in the glove box, and a big *** power inverter to run that stuff.
amps.
something big...very very big. maybe something by levinson or teh new classe omega's
speakers.
probably have martin logan rig up a smaller version of the statement E2's to mount up on the dash. either those, or all teh drivers from the dynaudio temptations in kickpanels
i think that would actually be interesting to see such extreme home equipment installed in a car. being a multi billionaire would be fun.

ohhh....always an interesting question...
the best car audio specific gear....
simple, the alpine F#1 status offers the most flexibility and best SQ out there of an integraded unit - so the 7990 + H900
If you wanted just a pure headunit, probably the Denon Z1
THere's other stuff out there, but those would be my top choices. Now, if only that stupid IDONE existed.....
