I have searched many many posts, and just haven't found anyone else who said their main relay was making a buzzing noise. That is what mine is doing though. I just did a B16 swap into a 90 CRX Si. Most other things went smoothly, but, I am getting no fuel and the main relay is making a very noticeable BUZZ sound. Do I have a wire crossed or is my relay fubar?

 

I had that issue. My ground on the thermostat wasn't connected.

 

thermostat ground. dont do anything until yu ground that stupid *** wire to your thermostat. i ended up buying almost $800 worth of parts when alls i needed to do was tighten a screw up. good luck man..

 

Damnit.....that is exactly what it was....I feel so shitty....lol.
Good news is that I started cranking her up and I only had 1 code (15) Ignitor....I took the ignitor from my D16A6 and swapped it in there and the code went away. Then, I started to crank it.....it cranked over about 10 times, then the battery died. Grrrrr...I suppose I will try again tomorrow.

 

I have the exact same problem.

Its a buzzing noise from the relay, car wont crank or anything.

Thermostat ground is good though, i thought it was bad at first because it was painted. So i check it with a test light to the starter and its good.

What else could be the problem?
