Default padal installing question..

hi guys, since my older OMP padals start getting rusty and old, i went to get a new set of Razo CF/AU pedals and im having problem installing the gas padal, it turns out to be a little higher and lower then i expected. and the worst part is that it cant be adjust.. should i use some super glue and metal plate to do so?
it now looks ugly that the little metal platecomes out a bit, and its impossible to do heel-and-toe(since its a little too low my heel cant touch the padal at all)

any inputs? thanks

well.. i dont have a gargage. and no power tools, the only thing i can think of, is try to find something that can added in between the shoe and the padal adaptor(whatever its called. the metal plate under the padal), Or.. to see if there are accessories for other padals that could be used..
hmm
