I had a set on my EG. Very streetable. But I think the question you want to ask in the RR/AX forum is how trackable are they? They were a little soft IMO for super hardcore race use. If you are a casual autoxer or are running for fun in HPDE/open lapping events, they may be ok depending on your own tastes.

I do remember the shock bodies being particularly short so you could super slam the car if you wanted (something like setting them on the highest perch setting was 1.5" lower than stock).

Update:

I just installed my pro-ss which i got from wholesalehyperformance for 850 shipped and I absolutely love them.

The dampers do an awesome job of transferring the kinetic energy from the springs. You feel every bump in the road but they are immediately cancelled out by the dampers, NO bounce what so ever. The ride is very streetable as the coilovers were made for the street foremost and track as a latter benefit.

Cornering traction has increased but the majority comes from increased camber. I take the same turns as before with less tire squeal and more control (redueced understeer)
Camber and Toe reads front left -1.3 .03
front right -1.9 .04
rear left -2.3 .08
rear right -2.6 .07
I'm surprised the car didnt' understeer with those rear cambers. I'm awaiting camber kits for the rear to straighten them out to -1 left and right.

What I like is the seemingly infinite number of combinations with the 8k/4k springs, 4 way front and rear dampers, and secondary helper springs . Ie: Switch front and rear main springs for a more tail happy ride, remove secondary springs for less travel in the suspension for a stiffer ride, soft dampening up front and stiff rears to induce oversteer.

The car feels brand new with the tanabe's on and you can't beat 850 shipped for 1300 retail.
