Default OEM fog light problem

I ordered some OEM honda fog lights for my car(civic si 00') and the dealership did not provide me with a switch to turn them on. I called them, and they said the item was discontinued and didn't come with the fog lights. So I am wondering, if I install the fog lights like they say to in the directions, will they come on when I turn my headlights on? Help would be greatly appreciated.

If you go without the switch and bypass it, they will come on with the head lamps yes, otherwise you can turn them on and off with the head lamps on with the switch
