Default will y8 tranny bolt to D16a6 block?

heres the deal, I have a fully built Z6 head and a fully built Y8 tranny and looking for a block my buddy semi local has a Blocl from a EF SI D16a6 will my tranny bolt up seeing how its a hydro tranny? Please help asap!

The all bolt up.

What car will it e going into?

the 92+ trannys are not cable so it's going to be some fab work to make it operate in a 88~91. I haven't seen any write up's on how it's done so I think you're pretty much on your own for that.

its going into a 94 civic coupe DX, I have Z6 head to that will bolt up correct?

All D-Series parts are interchangeable, minus the old school integra A1s and the DOHC ZCs....anyways, pretty much any head , block, and transmission combo can be worked up. It just depends which chassis you are putting it in. Since you are in a nice hydro chassis, you're good to go.
