Default Need Cam lobe to rocker arm clearance spec on a 90 teg

Recently adjusted my rocker arms and i adjusted them to the hastins acura manuel spec and they are extreamly loud and the car wants to die out...
I figure they jewed me sooo... if anyone can offer a bit of help it would be very appreciated.

Did you check the underside of the hood? Factory specs should be there.

in: .08 - .12 (0.003-0.005)
ex: .06 - .20 (0.006-0.008)

thanks bro nah i didnt have em under the hood i got a carbon fiber hood and i dont have that **** on there

These are the clearances for a 90 Integra as per the manual:

IN 0.0059 - 0.0075"
EX 0.0066 - 0.0083"
