Default B16A JDM swap givin me CRAP

I swapped in a JDM B16A into my DX Civic. My fuel psi. is at 30-32 (which is a little low), my stock tach won't sit still even though I'm not even touching the throttle, my engine surges at idle after you rev up, and my A/F meter reads max rich and never moves!!! Man I'm annoyed! What I need to know is does anyone think it could be my ECU, it's a chipped P30, or any other suggestion would help; My psi problem will be cured with an adj. fuel psi regulator; the tach thing is just mind numbing, don't know there; and the A/F meter, I need to know exactly what wire I need to run to the O2, but I've just replaced so colors are different so if I can get the color of the wire that is on the harness that the O2 connects to, that would be great (4 choices: ORN/BLK, GRN/WHT, WHT, or YEL/BLK. Please help, my sanity is on the line, and there's a punk in a stang waiting to race. E.

Sorry, no I don't, but then again I can't be sure, I think the bulb's burnt. Sorry if I don't know the abbreviations, but I'm not really a forum guy. The people here are my only and probably final hope?! Please help.

to tell if its burnt out, put the key in the ON position and it should light up for a few seconds.

try a buddies ECU.

bleed your coolant. clean youor IACV... it could be many things.

I had the tach problem, it ended up being a wire coming from the distrubutor, I beleive the blue wire, i wasn't in good enough not making the contact

I connected my air/fuel to the orange/black wire and it has worked great. As for the surging thing, my car did the same thing but it ended up being a map sensor problem and once I had that fixed it ran like a champ.
good luck
