ITR vs. Skunk2 (intake manifolds)

ITR vs. Skunk2 (intake manifolds)
What is the difference? Would a Skunk2 manifold make more power on a B18C5 than the factory one? I have the chance to pick one up for pretty cheap ($150), is it worth it?
