That's about right, although you still need a few things, intake manifold, distributor, fuel rail, etc.

Well, when I was calling dealers looking for an ITR block, I was quoted 2250 shipped, and it was available.
For the head, I think it was 1240 shipped, with cams, but no intake mani, distributor, fuel rail, injectors, valve cover etc.
Also, if you can find one, getting an new ITR tranny from Spoon would be a little cheaper.
