1987 Honda Accord LX - Trouble with a power steering leak!
Hey all,
I replaced my power steering pump about a month ago. The reason I did was because I thought that my other power steering pump was leaking. Well, this one does too. It could be a faulty part but it shouldn't happen this bad that fast. I inspected everything for leaks but I can't figure out where the leak is coming from. Maybe someone can help me figure out what may be leaking? What is a "rack and pinion"? Could that be what is leaking? Just so you know how much I'm leaking, I have to refill my power steering resevoir every 3 to 4 days. I can take pictures if needed. I also need help with my timing belt like what brands are good. I know I have to spend the money to get good parts and I want to.
Thanks for any help in advance.

Dustin, the best advice i can give is to thoroughly wash all parts invovled in the powersteering system (including the rack, hoses and such). Then wait a couple of days and stick your head in there. You will probably see where the leak is coming from.
Sometimes, when components leak, they get really caked and make a leak diagnosis hard.
