Default sir or gsr head with CTR pistons????

I have a b18c1 motor, but I also have a b16 head. I was wondering which head would run better, stronger, and safer in a b18 block with ctr pistons??

The B16a is a better head for Intake manifold purposes. You can bolt on an ITR IM and call it a day. The B18c head will outflow the B16a head up top just a little bit more. Id stay with the b18c head and get a Skunk2 IM.

if both heads are off, go with the b16 head. it flows a little better between lifts .25 - .45. what octane is available to you? if its 91 octane, the b16 head will lower compression a bit to be more friendly. What cams are you going to run? This will determine what compression you need.
