Default Superchargers.........

Jackson has a supercharger for civics up to 2000. What makes the '01 plus models that much different. They have been out for several years now and there are only a couple turbo kits but no superchargers. WHAT THE DEAL??

the deal is that ... ppl who know/want/can afford performance in the 01+ years simply purchased a RSX Type S to begin with. I mean, why make a s/c kit for a market mostly made up of students and young grads. 01+ civics, with their Mac struts are just like every other ****** econobox out there. I mean, they don't make supercharger kits for the Kia Rio? right? Just cuz it carries the Civic nameplate doesn't immediately make it the cornerstone of performance. The Civic is dead to me RIP Civic.

Hey thats great.........First Point: The integra I'm building is intended to put the RSXS to shame. I love those cars but I have the integra and not the RSX so build what you know. Second point: The civic is my daily driver and I would like to have some more power/fun making the 45 minute commute to work every morning. Third point: I am not just some student. I'm an engineer at a jet engine company and I know a few things about Hondas. So stop your crying and respect one of the cars that started the big import scene in the states.

Do any of you have Jackson's phone number so I can set that test up? I just figured they would have had one by now. Oh well. Time to design my own.

The sign up date don't mean ****. I was on this site three years ago under a different name. Next thing you'll be saying is that if a person has a lot of posts he must know his ****. A lot of people post just to post because they think that's how to get out of being a trial member. Oh and watch out for the guys with the trial user avatars and over a thousand posts.

EDIT: I'm not trying to be a dick, but I think it's stupid to be looking at the sign up date or the number of posts. I bet there is a bunch of people on here that know their **** and just don't waste their time with the easy stuff. Especially when it's been asked a thousand times before.

I know the Acura RSX is still called the Honda Integra over seas, just like the Lexus IS300 is called theToyota ALTEZZA, the Acura TSX is the Honda Accord (Euro R), the Nissan 240SX is the Silvia using the SR20DET engine.....blah blah blah. All I meant was the Difference between the B series engines and K series engines.

I doubt it. I had to give mine a suspension, wheels and tires to keep it from dragging.

If you're looking for info on EM civics you should check out 7thgencivic.com They have a bunch of threads on this topic and even some letters to members from Oscar Jackson about why they're *not* planning to develop a kit for the 01+ It's probably worth checking out. But I'm just a noob.
