Man what now (alternator related)
Ok too many ******* problems today. To the point, I get back from autozone after pulling some codes for my CEL, I park the engine is still running and I try and roll up my passenger side window it doesn't roll up. The thing is when I push the button to roll it up the car bogs big time so I said lemme see what would happen if I push both buttons and my car stalls and shuts off and won't start again. I'm sure the battery is good it's an Optima yellow top which i've had for less than a year, you guys think it's the alternator, or what else could it be.
let the car sit (or turn on the lights for 30 seconds with the engine off) This will remove any surface charge form the cars last running.
Check the Battery Static voltage, with a digital volt ohm meter.
Start the car and check to see if the alternator is charging should be near 13-14V
If it's charging then your battery is probably toast
You have tor remember batteries act like an electronic shock absorber for your cars electrical system.
Try replacing the battery with a factory one.
