Im about to get my car repainted. I was going to keep the color red, but have recently start contemplating getting it painted yellow.

If I change colors I definatly want to remove the weather stripping so that it can get sprayed good.

Does most weather stripping slide out of place, or pop into place? If I remove my weather stripping will I be able to re-use it?

This would also be a great way to restore the black on the trimming (using forever black) while its off the car.
