Default Problem with distributor

I did a search and found nothing I have a 91 crx dx i have replaced the distributor cap rotor and coil pack. It ran fine for awhile (it isn't my daily driver) so about 50 miles of intermittant use over the course of about a month. then i took it out today and when I got home there was a terrible noise coming from the distributor like something was loose in it and the rotor was bouncint it around. I took the cap off and tightened the rotor and coil pack looked for anything that looked loose found nothing. put the cap back on and it did not help any suggestions

The Bearing is bad. Your gonna need to buy a New Distributor. If you wanna make sure check for play on the Shaft and look for red dust in the cap both sure signs.
