Default someone that knows about ecu codes help me

ok here the deal my cars check engine light came on i ran the code and it looks to me that its code 23 which is the knock sensor i went ahead today and replaced it reset the ecu and i was driving the check engine light came back on again and its giving me the same code so now im getting **** busting my head trying to figure out what is wrong with it.. can someone tell me what am i doing wrong when im reading the code cause it has 2 long flashes and 3 short flash.. this would make it code 23 right .

that is correct..you have the knock wired up correctly?

Is there a space between the 2 long ones & the 3 short ones? Then maybe you have code 20 (ELD) & code 3 (MAP sensor).

Have you checked continuity of the wires from the knock sensor all the way back to the ECU? The ECU can't tell the difference between a bad sensor vs. a broken wire...
