90 day project UPDATE! Port and Polished!
I just got done with PnP, port matched etc. and thought you guys would like to see it. Watch out JG got nottin on me lol jp. About 7 hours of work got it to a mirror finish with some special products. The heads a b16 for my Fully Built LS vtec NA/Turbo motor, 90 day project sent it out today to get built should have it back in 2 weeks ready to go! Enjoy!

i thought it was bad to "mirror polish" your intake tracts, something to do with improper fuel distribution or atomization or something. I hear you lose power. correct me if i'm wrong but i though that some air turbulence was necessary to keep the fuel from sticking to the walls.
I dont think he knows what he's doing. Shouldn't be using "special products"...aka polishing compounds (

The shine eventually looses its shinyness and it should be okay after its fired up and running, intake should be rougher then exhaust ports which it is just hard to see with crumy pictures...
