Any of you guys know a good wholesale JDM motor importer? I wasted a couple of months getting jerked around by the guys at Spark Racing and now the guy they referred me to after all that time wasted is flaking on me as well.

Any leads to a realible broker are appriciated.

The obvious reason - to resell them.

 

i was more wondering if you have a shop, or if you were going to start a warehouse or company, what your website was gona be stuff like that

 

I have a friend here in ATX that does a lot of swaps and I am planning to sell the motors through his shop, with him doing the installs. The plan is to focus only on central texas buyers. That way, people from TX don't have to make the leap of faith it takes to do business with someone in LA or Vancouver that they will never meet and can't go see if there is a problem.

Unfortunately, I have had two brokers flake on me already........

No. they are retail. I need a wholesaler. I wnat to buy in quantity. I've had two brokers flake on me already and it is getting annoying.

Yes - I figure there would be some good synergy between a swap seller and a guy like Tyrone, who is the ultimate go-to guy for swaps in Texas. People would have a place where they could get a good motor and have it insalled with no bullshit, no 'check engine' lights, no hassles, etc.

His new shop has a LOT of room. We can easily keep 20-50 swaps there on shelves.

He moved from Round Rock to North Austin about six months ago. He has a big place just north of Howard Lane, on Hydro.
