intake maniold question
thanks guys for your input. what is the difference between USDM intake manifolds and JDM manifolds? Are there any noticeable differences? What about performance? i bought one and i am trying to make sure it is a real JDM manifold. I am starting to ask myself why i even bought it.
thanks guys
thanks guys
There are no differences between the JDM and USDM models of any of the specific manifolds. There are, however, differences in manifolds between car models, and different versions of engines.
But for instance, a USDM GSR manifold is just the same as a JDM GSR manifold and a USDM ITR manifold is just the same as a JDM ITR manifold, etc.

For a P72 head yes, however if we're dealing with a PR3, the AEBS manifold has been proven to outflow the Skunk2 and the ITR manifolds. For a PR4, I'd worry about headwork before the manifold as the factory head casting is more of a restriction than the intake manifold.
