Attn: People who have gotten paint jobs
After you got your paint job done, how did it look? Did you have to bring it back because some things weren't done completely or weren't done right?
I just got a $2500 paint job and it was done half-***. The side-view mirrors weren't painted completely, there are still dents that weren't pulled, the inside of the gas tank compartment wasn't painted, the lip and sideskirts weren't painted completely, and the underside of the hood looks like it was spraypainted.
But the paint does look great and they did add more pearl or metallic flakes to it no charge.

Definitely take it back. If they missed that much stuff, they didn't do the job they got paid for. How do you miss a dent or forget to paint inside the gas filler area? That's pretty obvious stuff.
I've had my car painted twice and my wife's car painted twice. Each time, the paint came out flawless, everything was painted, all bodywork completed, etc. Unless you're getting a $200 job at Maaco, I'd expect that everything would be painted and all dents were pulled.

what?
what?
damn $2500???!!!! u figure they would get the job done right the 1st time. didn't u look at their work before or at least get some good reviews on them before actually deciding that this is the shop to do the job? take it back man. nothing should be half-assed esp. when it involves $2500. SI SE PUEDE!!!!!
That recently happened to me too. I took it back and they fixed most of the parts, but still did a shitty job on the front. I'm taking it back and I think you should too.
Don't really matter how much it cost, if they didn't do what they supposed to do then they should fix it.

I should have brought mine back, but I had gone through so much bullshit with the shop anyways, that it was'nt worth it to loose my car for another 2 weeks.
It still looks good, but I might have a different shop touch it up someday.
BTW, now that the topic is at hand: ATTN: VENTURA CA PEOPLE!!! DO NOT GO TO CARRS COLLISION CENTER. They suck my *******
