Default 2 O2 sensors and 3 spots??

Hey

I plan on bolting an ITR header up to my B16 and running a test pipe with 2.25 piping back to my N1 canister. The question I have is that the ITR has two places in which to put the O2 sensors and the test pipe has one as well. Since I only have 2 O2 sensors where should i place them. Both in the header or 1 in the header and 1 in the test pipe and weld a bung over one of the holes in the header. Any help and feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all
