Which components were you thinking of? I was at an autocross talking to a RT4WD owner once and didn't noticed anything "beefier" as in say a thicker LCA on his car than mine. The spring rates may be higher and shock valving may have been up'ed to match that, since the wagon weighs more, but you can get aftermarket springs in whatever rate you desire and dampers to match.
Some reasons why I'd advise against this:
1) The spring/damper assemblies are a longer free length since the wagon had a higher curb weight and ride height. So you are going to get a 4x4 ride height on your CRX you won't be able to adjust. I guess if you plan on off-roading it, this may not be bad...
2) The 4WD Wagon doesn't have a rear sway bar, so rear-LCA doesn't provide the threaded hole you'd need for the CRX rear sway-bar endlink. You'll loose the ability for a stock rear sway bar setup. Wagons have a half-shaft running through there, no room. The rear LCA as I recalled had a funky/curved shape unlike our cars, which if anything looked flimsier than a typical ED/EF rear LCA.
Not much else, the UCA's front and rear should be the same too. The front sway bar would fit, but its probably the same size or bigger than stock.
