OK I have a 99 accord ex and if i press the gas pedal lightly it wont gas, I have to press it down pretty hard like im passing a detent or something, any ideas of the problem?
Plus every time I turn the steering wheel all the way in one direction it makes this wierd noise like buzzing, I know its not the tire rubbing I heard it can be the power steering. Thanks for any help

 

definately sounds like your power steering pump is going out , not sure about the pedal though

 

for the pedal, it sounds to me like your throttle cable needs to be tightened up...it's extremely easy to do, just tighten it on the throttle body...

as for the power steering pump, you may be low on fluid or the fluid you do have may need replaced...check it and find out...

 

I would first check the throttle cable and p/s fluid first

If it persists I would then look into other things such as filters, plugs, wires etc to start.

 

the newer 4cylinder got a recall(mostly 01-02 SE with f23a4) for the sticky thottle plate, might as well check it out

is it only in the morning?

do you think is the panel is jamming or the tb rotor?

 

Sticky Throttle Disease is caused by the ring of crud that is around the throttle plate, clean it out with carb cleaner and a toothbrush.
