Default Transmission question?

Alright, recently when I'm driving and shifting gears, I hear my synchros get really loud. Okay this is kind of what I hear, the same sound when you drive in reverse, except when I'm driving forward. I usually have the engine reved up passed 4500 so could this be it? Could it be that i've never noticed it before but it the noise was always there? I'd appreciate any response.

You have a bearing inside the tranny about to die. Might wanna check fluid level also.
